  • What happened to Micromax Specialists in Automation?

    On the 1st November 2016, in a cooperative agreement between Colterlec Pty Ltd and Micromax Sensors and Automation Pty Ltd (Micromax SA), the Micromax SA agreements and assets were transfer to and merged with Colterlec Pty Ltd. Colterlec assumed all responsibilities to promote, sell and support the Micromax SA product range. 

  • Are you related to the Micromax in Wollongong NSW?

    Our company is not related to ‘Micromax Pty Ltd’ located in Unanderra, Wollongong NSW.

  • I received a faulty or damaged product, what do I do?

    Please contact us immediately to describe the fault or damage and we’ll advise what action to take.

  • What is your returns policy?

    We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a product you have purchased from us. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you. When returning any product, please contact us first and tell us why you wish to return the product.

  • Why can't I purchase online?

    We aim to re-open the online store in May 2017 as we have a number of updates and product additions to work through.

  • How long before my order is delivered?

    We keep popular, fast moving products stocked in national warehouse locations around Australia. In stock products ordered before 2pm will generally be dispatched the same day.
    Products on back-order will be shipped as soon as we receive the parts and the time will vary from product to product. If there is an extensive delay for your order, we will notify you.

  • What is the ETA on un-stocked products?

    We source products from both local and international suppliers. The delivery time can vary from days to weeks. If you require the goods urgently, please contact us to confirm the lead time prior to ordering.

  • Can my order be delivered internationally?

    For the time being, we only deliver to Australian addresses.

  • I have registered/purchased before but have forgotten my password to login.

    Your password can be automatically re-set from our account login page. Simply click on 'Forgot your password?', enter the email address that you registered with and click 'Restore Password'. An email will be sent to you within a few minutes with a link to re-set your password.

  • My email address has changed since I registered. How can I change it?

    If your email address has changed you will need to login with your old email address and change your email address from the "My Account" page of this website. If this is not possible, you will need to re-register with your new email details as a new customer.
