Product Information

Some motors require a speed feedback sensor mounted on the main shaft between other parts in the machinery. The shaft dimension may be large, up to a metre, which is not suitable for a standard optical encoder. This is why Leine & Linde have developed the 2000 series bearing-less encoder rings. The 2000 series is based on a concept of a rotating ring, together with a fix scanning unit for generation of incremental pulses.
