Large Items

Large items are those which require extra handling. Because of this, they take longer to transport and incur a higher delivery charge.

Orders Totalling Over 200kg

Orders that altogether total over 200kg may be subject to a custom delivery charge, as they are outside our standard delivery criteria. Special Orders

Some items are Special Order Items and are delivered separately from regular orders. These items may at times be delivered directly from our suppliers.

The delivery time frame is approximate depending on supplier availability. Customised Special Order items cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind as these products are manufactured and produced according to customer specifications. These products can only be returned if faulty or damaged.

Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. Returns Policy

If any product you purchase from us is not fit for its usual purpose or of acceptable quality (through no fault of your own), or you have simply changed your mind we will gladly exchange it, refund it or can arrange for it to be repaired subject to the points below.

What we ask of you:

  • When returning your purchase please provide your original receipt.
  • Where possible please return the product in its original packaging.

Specific Points

  • For technology products, we may need to send your product to the manufacturer for repair or direct you to their nearest repair agent.
  • If the product you are returning is faulty and is covered by a manufacturer's warranty then we may need to send your product or refer you to the manufacturer or repair agent for repair.

How to complete your return

  • You can go to any Colterlec office Australia-wide.

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
